After more than a year of design, development, and refinement, my first production of folding knives is nearly ready.

Every component has been carefully engineered and refined with an uncompromising focus on precision, craftsmanship, and quality. From the MagnaCut blade to the titanium handles and hardened stainless steel hardware, each detail has been developed to create a knife that delivers exceptional performance, fit, and finish.

Each knife will be individually serialized, with its unique number permanently engraved onto the blade. Serial numbers will continue in ascending order throughout all future production, creating a permanent record of each knife's place in the history of my work.

The first batch available for purchase will include serial numbers 003 through 020.

While the core design and mechanical components remain consistent, extensive customization options allow you to create a knife that is uniquely yours.

Customization Options

Titanium Handles & Pocket Clip

Choose your preferred finish and anodized color. Whether you prefer a clean, understated appearance or something more distinctive, each knife can be finished to suit your personal style.

Custom Handle Inserts

Choose from a variety of premium insert materials, colors, and custom milling patterns. From simple, elegant textures to intricate geometric designs, the possibilities are nearly endless.

Solid Titanium Handles

If you prefer a more minimalist design, skip the inserts entirely and opt for solid titanium handles. Custom-machined details and patterns can be incorporated directly into the titanium for a completely different look.

Fixed Design Elements

To maintain the integrity and performance of the original design, certain components are not customizable. These include the blade shape and material, handle shape and material, pocket clip design and material, and pivot hardware design and material.

Materials & Construction

CPM MagnaCut Blade — 62–63 HRC

The blade is crafted from premium CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, selected for its exceptional combination of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance.

Each blade is heat-treated to approximately 62–63 HRC and finish-machined in its hardened state to achieve precise final geometry and dimensional consistency.

Grade 5 Titanium Handles & Clip

The handles and pocket clip are precision-machined from Grade 5 (6Al-4V) titanium, offering an excellent combination of strength, low weight, and corrosion resistance.

Hardened 17-4 Stainless Steel Hardware

The pivot hardware and blade stop are manufactured from hardened 17-4 stainless steel, providing strength, wear resistance, and long-term durability.

Every component is designed to work together with precise tolerances, smooth operation, and a refined overall fit and finish.

Prototype Photos & Production Refinements

All photos currently shown are of the prototype knife, featuring various insert materials, milling patterns, and anodized finishes to demonstrate the available customization examples.

Several refinements have been made throughout prototype testing and development. Final production knives will incorporate these improvements, so certain details may differ slightly from the examples shown.
